Once a month, since late 2001, we have participated in Dinner Club. It is a varied group of 10 people who enjoy good food and wine, and are not afraid to try making or eating a wide range of foods. Each month, the dinner is hosted by a different member, and the host(s) are responsible for creating and distributing the menu. The remaining couple or individual selects one of the menu items to prepare. There is always plenty of food, beverage, and good conversation. The mix of participants has varied over the years as people move or have life changes, but the current group has been together since about 2008 and looks pretty stable.
